Only given it a brief run so far as it still needs a little bit of fettling of the brakes and gears. Seems pretty comfortable and handles well on and off road.

As I'd expected the gearing is a bit of the high side for me so I've got a plan to sort that out. The Magura Julies appear to be crap but I've a spare set of Deore's that will no doubt end up on it.

If it wasnt for the rake of the front fork i'd swear it was on backwards

It does look very odd.

It's like nothing I've ever seen.
I dunno what to think.

Still doesn't have mudguards - do you live in New Mexico?

Nice hybrid..! 😉

However, you seem to have fitted the saddle incorrectly. Tell me that isn't comfortable....

The build is no-where near complete yet - it's getting a compact double once all the bits arrive, a front rack and possibly mudguards (although I might well leave them off until autumn). It's also getting a Brooks B17 and a different seatpost so there's no point sorting out the saddle angle as it's comfortable enough for my commute anyway.
