Well ive had my new bike getting on for a month (road tourer) now ive done a few hundred miles and ive various aches and pains im constantly chasing around one niggle to another.

Firstly i had numb plums and ive never had that i put it down to the fitted brooks so went to spesh shop to be fitted for a saddle one was awful but the toupe seems much better. Tho im now getting a numb right leg 🙁
I dropped saddle a but helps leg but leads to left lower back pain.
Ive moved saddle back and forth up and down. Same with bars too. Every time i go out its move something and it just moves the pain or numbness
Ive just dropped the bars a bit as id got it today by the end to only have back ache so i will try that next in hope of me just having the bars a bit high
Ive never had pains or numbness like this i cant figure it out
So is a retul or spesh or some other bike fit worth it?? Im in leeds/york area if anyone has any recommendations
Before paying out for a more "specialist" bike fit have you had any help from other riders, bike shops etc? It's worth asking.
If these pains have only developed with a new bike, have you tried replicating the position of your old bike (which presumably didn't give you pain) as a starting point?
Or even just done a proper comparison of the two to see if there is a single major difference that you've overlooked or not accounted for?
Trouble is they are quite different bikes. One had 90mm saddle to bar drop were as this is almost level but its a bike for a different use. Ie i can offroad whilst on the drops on the new one but perhaps my body just wants to be more stretched out if yhe bars are higher as at the min the reach is very similar to my old one. My head is pickled
