As someone with a head like a bowling ball I find Bell helmets are the best for accommodating my enormous oversized noggin

Nnnnnnnnggggg. These threads really wind me up. Really pisses me off that manufacturers don't make properly big helmets, or if they do they only make a small subset of their range.
Looking at you Bell, Giro.

661 do a XXL FF, but not well vented
7idp do the Project 23 in xxl, but it's a bit on the pokey side.

For the non FF, Giro Fixture is big.

As for Fox, they can go **** themselves for not making any of their helmets in a big size.

And for the record, 62cm is not xxl. There are loads of options if your bonce is that small.

My head is ginormous.  I have two Specialized XL helmets and very happy.

It’s that big you have to wear two helmets?

My head is 62-63com and I have lots of space in a 7iDP lid. Can’t remember which one but it wasn’t that expensive (flat grey colour) and I struggled in the past.

I have been known to carefully take sandpaper and razor blades to the insides of helmets (especially pisspots) in the past.

Other kids that have fitted well were Fox Flux and Specialized Deviant full face.

I know TLD don’t make any of their new lids big enough.

Any chance you could measure your head @saccades?

Was thinking of ordering a 100% Trajecta, but would be great to know if its likely to work for my 63.5 cm noggin

Spesh Ambush in XL for me…. Fits really well (snug, but good) Although Giro in largest also used to fit!

Fox, nah!
Smith, nah!
Poc, nah!
IXS was ok in XL

If it's shape rather than size, that's causing you issues, then take a look at Giro helmets.
They fit my bonce much better than other brands.

P.S. my username says it all, really

62cm and POC XXL helmets fit with room to spare.

Troy Leed Designs super-sized fit my odd shape, large head. Lazer helmets without MIPS also fit in a large rather than XL.
Giro and Kask XLs also work but Kask especially only make a few in plain colours in the very big category.

Bollocks. What a waste of time that was. Even with the 16mm thick huge rear chunk of foam removed it is still way too small.

Off to the Post office we go.

It's possible that the large noggins described in this thread are "just" weird shaped. That's why I said mine was long and sorta medium width.

People on here have just been saying "63.5cm" etc, which has little use when picking helmets because the shape is important too.

And size is no indicator of quality.
