Hi there, sorry if this has already been done but could not find it with a search. Just wondering if anyone is using or has tried a Kenda Blue groove on the front and a Nevegal on the rear? I Mainly ride trail centres.

Opinions please....

Yup, used that combo for a good couple of years or so now. Stick-e compound on the front, DTC on the rear. Good on anything except mud, especially good on slippery rocky stuff.

Got the exact tyres.
BG front stick-e
Nevegal rear DTC

both 2.35

Found them really good, although they took a couple of rides to get the pressures right (28 front 30 rear)

gripped really well and rolled very well.

I have only taken them off to try tubeless.

Very impressed with them.

Round Penmachno is where i really noticed how good they were.

If I was'nt tubeless they would be at the top of my list.

yup been riding on that setup for the last 2 year at trail centres,
and yeah ive liked them,
good grip, nevegal is so supposed to be the grippier tyre dunno why it goes on the rear. anyone????
im thinking of runnning nevegals all round front and back
not at all good at shedding mud , but thats not an issue at most trail centres

Stick E Nevegal front and DTC Nevegal rear is a much better combo in my humble opinion - better in the slop cos a BG isn't much of a mud tyre

used to use them.. I had 3 tyres split where the tyre joins the beading, and saw one do it to another chap out on a ride. plenty of life on the tread as well.. got a bit pricey for me so went back to panaracer rampages. They seem to have a very similer tread pattern to the Nevegals. I'm really happy with them.
