I've stuck with the original saddle for the specialized camber evo 2015 for over a year and whenever I do a lot of riding on it in a short time (e.g. 100 miles within less than a week) it feels very uncomfortable and causes aching. I bought another saddle that has more padding and it's more comfortable to sit on but it's wider and gets in the way a lot more on descents which is potentially dangerous, so I put the uncomfortable original back on. I don't want to waste any money on another unsuitable saddle so can anyone recommend a good one which is a step up from the one I'm using in terms of comfort, yet around the same size ?

Saddle is about the size & shape of your arse and the bones down there along with the shape of your man/lady bits.
Specialized do saddle fitting, so do fizik I think.
After that a charge spoon works for me, they are cheap once you find one you like just repeat order.
