All as the title really. Myself and a friend are off to Gisburn for a couple of days next week. We're planning a night out bike packing, and am just wondering if anyone has any ideas for a good camp location round that way?

Been looking at Wolfhole Crag, Totridge, Whelpstone Crag etc. Any of these any good, or anywhere better to go?

Hi,
One to thing to consider is that the land that Whelpstone Crag sits on is actually private enclosed farmland (I appreciate that it just looks like wild moorland to most people) and you should ask permisson if you want to camp there. The land I'm talking about borders the top end of the bike tracks just below the crag. I know the family who farm the land and they are also well known to Tim at the Dog & Partridge in Tosside. I'm sure you could get contact details from Tim if you wanted to contact them.
Cheers
