Plymouth not too far and I fancy going to watch the National XC champs, but I am failing to find any info on spectator tickets. Can anyone help?

If It's like any of the National's and National Champs that I have been to over the years, you won't need a ticket, just turn up and watch.

However with the world as it is at the moment they will make it clear before the event if spectators are allowed or not (they wouldn't be if it was this weekend for example) but might be by then.
