Off to Nant this weekend and one of the guys won't have a bike - is there bike hire available at the trail centre? I can't find anything conclusive on line, just references to Summit Cycles in Aberystwyth.

You will need to go to either rSummit Cycles in Aber or the Holey Trail in Mach. I think Summit do Specialised and Trek, while Holey trail do Giant and Gary Fisher - or something along those lines.......
