Just fitted some Nano 40c to my Amazon. Planning a "gravel" trip in the next few days.
They're not tubeless (yet) and the squidge test suggests 33/35 psi might be in the right ballpark.
Any advance/reduction?
Oh...
Flipped the stem too as a wee experiment.
Any less than 45psi (tubeless) and I found they squirmed too much and/or could ding the rim too easily...
I ran one tubeless on the front at 30 PSI on an 20mm internal width rim in all but the rockiest terrain last year and found that to be fine.
Had mine down to 30psi but 40 was a good all round.
How much you weigh?
I am 13 stone with kit
My nano's at 30 psi. Perfect for single track / fire road.
Run at 40 if more road biased.
Also had them tubeless at 25psi but the beads are pretty loose on the non tubeless versions and had issues with burping.

35-40 has been fine for me from 60 mile road rides to blue run trail centre's.
