Full marks for the 'pro' look shirt.

Point deducted for bodging that crown race on.

Full marks for posting pics so we can pick the bones out of them! ๐Ÿ™‚

That's me done, after the missing parts for the 15mm front wheel then I've gone as far as its worth doing.

Left to do, sort the front wheel out, sort out saddle, shorten front hose and test ride.

Not sure if I need any kind of chain guide.

Trip out this am to get supplies to complete the build

[IMG] [/IMG]

[IMG] [/IMG]

[IMG] [/IMG]

Decided to add a chain guide

[IMG] [/IMG]

[IMG] [/IMG]

Not built this light, as some components are clearly not the lightest availableย

[IMG] [/IMG]

Ready to go hose needs a trim but that can wait

[IMG] [/IMG]

That's it all done, next thing is to ride it ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice bike and a super cabaret too!

Have you gone for an XT or Zee clutch mech?

Hope to ride with you soon.

Swinley was mostly OK yesterday and is drying out nicely for next week. Some logging has eliminated/shut some bits near the Labyrinth.

Nice Ride!!

Do I win the long distance voyeurism contest? I'm sitting in my hotel coffee shop in Nairobi, Kenya, whilst my half built Titus FTMc languishes in my workshop, next to my mud coated C456 from Tuesday's ride.

Be interesting to see what you think of the zee cranks. Have they effectively replaced the stiff slx double and bash cranks in the shimano line up?

dantsw13 - think you might be the winner, nice reference to On One too with the C456,

Scamper - the Zee is single chainring only, so the marketing comes in below Saint, so not really what you'd see on this type of bike as it's more DH/AM orientated, that said it was relatively good value, comes with a bottom bracket so was ideal and I wasn't focusing on weight for this build.

It has been dirty and is now clean again ready for a longer ride tomorrow just checking all was well which it was, and good to get closure ๐Ÿ™‚
