Can't recommend Jen enough, she made it from scratch from a pretty rough sketch I sent her.

Considering the cost of having something like that made, I'm curious as to why you'd want to spend money on promoting the brand of a bike you've already paid loads of money for? Why not have something original and more personal?

If I bought a bike with stickers that can be removed, they'd be coming off straight away. Much neater that way.

I really like the Litespeed badge and thought it would be more orignal looking on the frame.

I initially tried to buy one from Litespeed but they;ve stopped doing them.

The stickers on the bike hardly stand out anyway. They are like a greeny / grey colour against the matt Ti frame and very understated.

Jen only had my rough sketch to work off as well.

It was £114 all in including the delivery from America to Isle Of Man.

It no doubt sounds like a lot, but the amount of time and work that Jen has out into it; I thought it was worth it.

It'll look pretty cool on my Obed 8)

Yeah it's going to go on a bare Ti frame thats a dull matt finish. I want to make sure I get it right, I don't fancy the thought if it dropping off on a ride 🙁

I'll ask Jen about fitting it once it arrives. There must be a few people who've fitted them to a Ti frame.

Its quite nice. But I'd find it very hard to justify paying that much for something "nice" with no function whatsoever for my bike.
That's just me, though.

It's that fact that it's been handmade that turns me on 8)

Yep, can't say I get it either. Had you gone for something remotely custom I can understand, but just replicating the logo 100% seems very odd!

It's a great fella called Geoff (gemo@f2s.com) and goes by the name of uphilla on here

He does a good range I think but his are not silver and cost £16 IIRC

It's a bit of a mixture between the old and the new badge.

The newer badge just has the crest without the 'world cup' colours.

I wanted to keep the newer badge and wanted to add colours to it as well 🙂

I used some permanent Stix2 craft pads from HobbyCraft and it has been ridden in all weathers and bounced about on rock hard bridleways and hasn't budge at all.
I got mine done when the exchange rate was very good between the dollar and the Pound so it wasn't to bad 😀

I definitely, definitely wouldn't have an On-One badge made!

I'd have my own design made up. Would be nice for a little bit of personalisation. The OP's design at least has a little bit of originality, and colour.

V nice, it's grown on me since seeing this thread this morning. The cost actually increases it's desirability. It's some serious hand made jewellery for your bike and passion, I get it 😀

As for affixing, and decent epoxy (2 part epoxy, i.e. Araldite) will be sufficient. The key is good preparation of the surfaces to be bonded. Do not shy away from this.

Properly de-grease the surfaces, abrade them, clean and and de-grease them again. Then epoxy and you'll be right as rain.

Very nice - it's the painted sections that elevate it for me. I think I paid roughly £100 for having the sterling silver Independent Fabrication badge, and I don't regret it at all.
Hope the gluing goes to plan.

Someone else had mentioned to me about 3M sticky pads. Once the badge turns up, I'll give Jen a shout and see what she thinks. It was getting sent out yesterday from USA, so hopefully it should arrive in 7 - 10 days 🙂
