Following on from [url= http://www.singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/genesis-io-id-owners ]this[/url] thread (which went a bit ot), I picked up my new io-id today ๐Ÿ™‚

So far so good. It's taking me a wee while to get used to the rapid rise style shifting but other than that it feels fantastic. Rides lighter than I thought and is really comfy, even just pootling around fire roads i can appreciate the quality ride that the steel gives it .

It'll be seeing some real mud soon. But hopefully not too soon. Thanks to everyone who posted their opinions and helped me pull the trigger!

Looks really nice, great colour (great photos too).

The wheel reflectors and reflector on the seatpost will have to be seen to though.

Yeah absolutely. Was so excited to get out on the bike I completely forgot to get rid of them. I think some wider bars might be in my future too.
