Fair enough. I sold one of my children to buy the road bike of my dreams. It has had a few niggles. The LBS I bought it from suggested fitting a neoprene chainstay protector and various other half-hearted attempts at fixes. 2 other London shops also failed to get the bike properly set up. Not so Bicycle. They fixed it and went beyond what I expected. I recommend them and am pleased to say I also bought an HT from them last year.

Yes tell us,I could do with two new bikes.
Well, it was my desire to buy a Look 695 that has a few proprietary components - the bottom bracket eventually needed sending back to the distributor to have the bearings replaced.
Can't tell you the name of the shop that supplies carbon for children - my wife was pretty annoyed that we're now down to one son but has eventually grown to appreciate the beauty of the Look...
I know someone that works there, I'll forward this link to him. 🙂
