...on my Rockshox Monarch. When I move the compression lever the rebound knob sometimes moves turns too. Both feel fine and work as they should but its annoying that i have to keep stopping and repossitioning my rebound dial.
Is there a way to lock the rebound dial to stop it accidentally moving?

Have you tried fiddling with Spot G? It might help.

Nothing feels like its sticking. Both the rebound and compressions knobs do what they are suppose to do but rebound knob seems to turn too easily.

Seems a bit premature to be mentioning it on a forum?

Get a v small hex key and remove the lever. Smear of light grease on top of the rebound adjuster and put back together.
Quicker fix blather it with GT it's just friction between the lever and adjuster .
