For some reason a month ago my knees starting really hurting on one of my bikes - but not the others. I imagine the saddle must have moved. But which way? If your knees hurt at the front is your saddle too high or too low (or too far back/forward).
front = too low or too far forward
back = .....
It's usually when it's too low for me.
Seatpost slips a little and the first I know about it is unexpected random hurty bits.
You could try putting a bit of tape around the base of the post to see if it shifts?
