Cheap frame off ebay (in the best colour scheme ever)
Raided my spares bin
Raided my brother's spares bin
Few bits off ebay

The only actual new bits are the seatpost, brake adaptors and gear cables. Still waiting on a BBG Bashring in the post.

It's my Inners and GT thrash bike. Been for a wee spin round Yair today to try it out. It's not light but it rides well.

Cool!

I love building bikes, got a 2010 trek fuel that's not quite finished.

Still need new forks my wheel swapped over and some kind of chain device.

What are you planning on doing with the drive train/crank rings?

Cheers. It's getting a lightweight bash just for chain retention really and to save my leg.

It's not cost much at all but I had the wheels, tyres, forks, rear mech, 8 speed shifters (love that 8 speed clunk!) so that saved me a fair chunk

That looks great. I had a quick ride on Trekster's Dawg and just loved it. He has the same frame. I am sure you will have many hours of fun riding on that : )

That is very nice, and yeah, agree about the colour scheme ๐Ÿ˜› . As a long-term Kona, er 'short-term tester', I'm just recently getting reacquainted with the Kona ride again 8) .

2005. 130 rear and that's 130 coil recons up front. Having ridden only a rigid bike for the last 2 months it feels right plush!
