Looks like a fun "sit down" trail, where abouts?

You're right, it's not very rad. Put some effort in lad! ๐Ÿ˜‰

that's the anti-bear bell on the bars you can hear, 100% effective, no bear attacks since i fitted it

Nice one.

It's good to see an mtb vid of someone doing my sort of riding (not that I actually ride much / at all these days... ๐Ÿ˜ณ ) rather than the usual bunch of Rad-To-The-Power-of-Sick types throwing themselves down a hill to the strains of some gangsta-core-thrash-hop soundtrack!

Pretty good vid, but is that a woodland footpath or a bridal/bridle? ๐Ÿ˜†

Judging by the bars he's been to Cannock Chase....

My GoPro on the chest mount sounds like yours, it creaks a lot and spoils the sound.

I went to Thetford Forrest a while back whilst over that neck of the woods and found that whilst it was utterly boring and narcoleptic inducing it was a good workout, you're never off the gas. Some of the fittest MTB'ers I ride with do a lot of training on routes like this as it gets them fit, so don't let the keyboard warriors comments put you off.

well i can't make it steeper there anyway, so i'll have to carry on, there are some steep bits though and the vid doesn't show the gradient very well anyway

and it's not cannock despite the wacky bars

Now you need to do the "Replace audio" thing on youtube.
Pick a random, or wholly inappropriate track from Youtube's collection.
I did my little roadie one last week -

I think you'll agree, it's much more entertaining now ๐Ÿ˜‰
