I have just whipped up a template for a plastic mudguard in solidworks.
Gives more fatness compared to a known design.
Sorry but you'll have to upscale it to whatever size you want.

This design needs a revision for 29ers. Needs lengthening under down tube. Went on an epic mud ride n I could taste poo on my lips.
My 29er has a Crud as well on the DT.
Agree with forexpipz. Did exactly the same last night. Need a crud catcher aswell I think

From my initial experiments in horrendous mud today the front bit is surplus to requirements.
