Which budget turbo trainer?

Looking for some advice as to which budget turbo trainer to buy.

Or would I be better off buying a used one if I can?

Elite chrono fluid elastogel version. Smooth, quiet, simple (change gear to alter resistance) and less than 150 at wiggle last time I looked,.

I got an elite mag turbo trainer from halfords for 75 quid (50% off) just before Xmas.

Has been fantastic. Five usable levels of resistance and nice and stable.

Thoroughly recommended.
