[Closed] Mounting a rack to a bike without rack mounts on the seat stays

Does anywhere sell P-clips or similar for mounting a rack to a bike without holes in the seat stays?

I presume I can use the mud guard mounts near the wheel axle but need some kind of "P-clip"?

Seen some rack mount kits for £12 odd but that just seems a total rip off.

Any one used anything else or got any smart ideas?

But the seat post ones I've seen don't tend to have very deep sides and I want to fit a proper pannier, not just a rack top bag?

I saw a fully laden bike outside the supermarket today using P-clips.

You can get seat post clamps with rack mount eyes like these Electra ones;

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=37703

M-part also make them and are a bit cheaper. Also dependent on your seat tube dia. as only available in 28.6 and 31.8mm.

I used the same type of clips touring in France fully laden without problem.
