Can anyone recommend any good ones. Struggling to find anything I like. They seem to be either too roadie or to lairy for my liking.

I find pearl izumi and cannondale ones are good. Nice, without lariness, but definitely mtb rather than road.

The Endura ones look nice, but I dont own any of them (yet)

Yeh endura do seem pretty good. My club jersey is made by them but am getting bored wearing it. Also have a cannondale top which is years old now.
Anyone tried these? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=9343
very short sleeve looking but nice for summer perhaps, and seemingly a bargain

somebody gave a sweatshirt emblasioned with the legend "new york" beneath a profile of the skyline pre the september 11th terror attacks, would that do?

I have a Shimano one and it's better than most of my road ones. Love it!

How are MTB jerseys different to roadie ones then?

I got a very nice Swobo merino jersey for £50 from Stif this week, but I couldn't tell you whether it was MTB or roadie or anything else.

= just the ticket , cheers.

Chakaping. To me at least roadie tops are tight fitting where as mtb tops are usually a looser fit , plus most things roadie are typically quite loud and covered in advertising. Nothing wrong with that but I don't feel like looking as if I'm in the tour de France at the trail head, especially as it may give the impression that I'm fast , which I'm not 🙁
