A fine example of what's wrong with [far too many] road users - attitude. Although, the cyclist was being stupid in using their phone.
Quick summary. Motorbike rider in London. Approaching a split in the road (left lane goes left, right lane goes right). Wanting to go (I assume) left but can't wait the 2-seconds to position themselves in the right part of the lane. Instead decides to fit their (let's say) 800mm wide motorbike through a 500mm wide gap between a cyclist and a taxi.
Motorbike rider then decides to post video on-line to demonstrate how the cyclist was in the wrong.
