Just want to say thanks again to all the guys at The Bike Chain with the helping me with my new bike ๐Ÿ™‚ Had a ride on it at the weekend but finally got the finishing touches done today.
Well here it is, I am very very happy with it.

I know the tyre and wheel logos aren't lined up, replacing my heavy tubes with goo in them with some lighter ones to reduce the rolling weight.

Thanks again.

Very nice! Your kitchen looks like it's got a bit of a damp issue though.

Bikes aren't allowed on the Water of Leith path.

Saddle seems a long way forwards on the rails.

Nice looking Mojo though

Charge spoon saddles always look too far forward, but bet it isn't and smack bang in the middle of the markers

Cheers guys.
Yep chunky your spot on, it is bang in the middle of the rails, oh and cynic-al, I just popped along the path about 50yds to get away from the road, so wasn't really riding along it.

Nice. Really nice. Need a full spec list to properly judge it though...

not sure that partial handrail is upto modern H&S standards - bike looks like a smasher though

Ok Paul, here you go.

Fox Vanilla r forks
Hope pro 2 on Ex 721 rims (need to get something much lighter) - first upgrade when I have the money
SLX cranks
XT rear mech
Avid Code front brake (maybe a bit too much)
Avid Juicy 5 rear brake
Raceface bars with a truvativ stem
Easton EC90 seatpost with a charge spoon saddle.

I think that is everything but have most likely missed something.

Cheers

Rarely do I like coloured hubs, but the red really works well with the frame, linkage & seat clamp.

What wheels are you thinking of? I'm in a bit of a quandry myself. Looking for lightish & strong, so it's going to be Crossmax SX's. Got Pro2's on 819's which are great but still over 2kgs. Decisions, decisions...

Not totally sure, I would like something that is still pretty strong but light, so will need to start to look into them.
