Evening all,

Can anyone recommend any carbon forks of the monocoque style (must be 1 1/8th steerer) that don't cost the earth (under £150), but wont catasteophically fail on me?

Exotic do some but not in 1 1/8.

Remember monocoque style please, I known I can get straight tube legged ones from a few places.

Thanks in advance

At that price I was going to say on one as well. Got the one with very muted matt stars on - looks good and structurally inspires confidence. Not much good if they're not in stock though....

I ran a pair of Chinese import ones for 2 years a few years ago. At 16st I'm no lightweight either but they never let me down. That said I did my reasearch and only purchased from a reputable source.

Ritchey say their WCS Carbon is monocoque, despite the "lugged" look; almost 3 times over budget, though.
