Hmmm... been thinking about picking up some newer stylee Mono Minis, but then - fatefully - I wandered into 18 Bikes the other day and had a little brake lever squeeze moment (along with a little fingernail flick of toptube moment) on one of the Tech equipped bikes there.
I was seduced in an instant. They look sooo pimpy 😛 And the lever just feels pretty funckily awesome too.
So now I'm a little confused...
Will it be secondhand Mono Minis, picked up relatively cheaply (hopefully) from here, or a full set of brand new Tech X2s which seem to go for about £200+ as best as I can see. (Secondhand Techs don't seem to exist anywhere at present).
Are they worth the extra cash?
