Put me down as tentative.

My hand still hurts and wrist still clicks from the last ride Binners led.

Jesus, what did he make you do?

Show me where he touched you, on this Mint Sauce keyring.

Jesus, what did he make you do?

This weeks ride will be embracing even more possibilities to injure yourself. Harry in particular loves the slippery rootfest that is Bucky Woods ๐Ÿ˜€

I haven't ridden in woods for ages ๐Ÿ™‚

Has Harry considered buying a soft compound front tyre?

P.S.
One of my two middle names is Harry. For a chance to win a packet of biscuits of your choice, correctly guess the other...

I'm reconsidering Bucky Woods considering the monumental amount of rain we've had over the last 24 hours.

Its not like we're short of alternatives

I know the venue is in question, but is anyone able to offer me a lift from along the train line (bradford-todmorden one)?

Who's playing then? Having just got back from a mammoth tour of Manchester with the two horrors (Breakfast, Retail Therapy,The Whitworth and MOSI) I'm knackered but determined to be there.

all depends on whether my new dining table gets delivered on time; if not, then no. might just go play on the new (to me) rivi trails that cha****ng showed us last week instead...

Sorry but that position is oversubscribed already but we're always looking for apprentices. ๐Ÿ˜€

Yep - should be there + Tony & Neal.

Plenty of rear gunner competition this week!

Indeed. I'll be leading from the rear, as per usual.

I'll also be meeting you chaps up at the top of the hill, by the Shoulder, as having ridden up the Rake already, I'm not going all the way down to get you 'orrible lot, then ride back up again. Mohammed must come to the mountain, I'm afraid

Daz will be on cat herding duty.

The route will be a variation on the out-and-out-dossing-about one so loved by all, with a little twist to add in another interesting descent that not many of you will have ridden ๐Ÿ˜€

If you're heading to the tower first I'll meet you there. I'm riding over via the horseshoe and like you Binners I can't be arsed going down to go back up.

Steve - from the Horseshoe its as easy for you to wait at the Shoulder of Mutton rather than continuing on up to the tower...

๐Ÿ™ Looks like hell came for me. No one to give me a lift.

Have a great evening, people.

Pedals are the glue that binds us,
That which forces dales behind us.

Enjoy the railed corners, the skids. Enjoy the flying decents, relying on your lids.

Enjoy, too, the uphill cursing,
Those achy knees and bums yer' nursing.

With this cheery wave I hope to send you whizzing, down the trail and over land with the tyres fizzing.

Muchos love people, ride like the wind. Or a big pie rolling at least.

It's been an honour.

Sam

Outstanding that tonight chaps. Perfect conditions for it, and my rear gunner status remained unchallenged. I was always confident.

Absolute cracker last night - thanks Binners!

For anyone that missed it there may well be a repeat showing this Thursday night! Cracking conditions up on the moors!

Daz - at least your Strava has stopped telling you you've been to Heaton Park every ride. Mind you, thats probably an improvement on telling you, after a good few miles of uber-fast descents, that you actually rode in a straight line from your house to the pub ๐Ÿ˜€

Oh dear. Not another one!

Sorry I missed it last night, I was driving aimlessly round some Spanish hellhole after taking a wrong turn out the airport with a dysfunctional mobile phone that refused to tell me where to go. Not sure why I bother with holidays.

Damn, sounds like it was a good one. I was all lined up to join in and then the missus told me she had to "go to the pub". Not happy. ๐Ÿ˜

It's been an honour.

Sam

Likewise, have a good time in dutchland fella, hopefully see you around. Good luck!
