Its half term, so I'm on full time children entertaining duty next week I'm afraid chaps. I've also developed an interesting bacterial chest infection where every few minutes my lungs expel something that can only be described as a baby jellyfish. My lungs were far healthier when I used to smoke 20 a day. Go figure! 😥

Have a good un!

Not sure yet. Despite the marvellous weather, I'm feeling totally shattered today, and the 3 strong coffees I've drank have had no effect. If I manage to wake up, I'll be there.

The missus' train was delayed back from Birmingham meaning it was too late by the time she got home.

Good do. Bone dry. A bit parky.

Not sure that all those who suffered mechanicals would agree with my "good do" evaluation, but it was just what I needed as I've suffered a major mojo failure of late.

Thanks.

Cheers Craig. I have no idea where we went but I enjoyed it. It felt quite hilly at the time, but strava says no 🙁

Its becoming a bit of a feature for me, every Tuesday at work i'm completely goosed. I'm tired and grumpy and generally cant be arsed. I think it must be an age thing...

Anyone else ever feel like that?

Nope. I feel like that on a Monday. Tuesdays I'm normally buzzing.

Eat some prunes.

Well this morning I left the house on the bike, got half a mile away from home and realised I'd forgotten my front light, so had to ride back up the hill to get it. I then had to ride 24 miles into a freezing 20mph headwind with tired legs and my toes were numb by the time I arrived. I was grumpy* too, not because of age though. 🙂

*I'm even grumpier now as I've just discovered that I have to fix a buggy system for a client meeting on Thursday that a colleague has left in a right state before he f***** off on leave for half term. That's nowt to do with age either.
