i've said this before (and no i don't work for them) but their customer service is superb. To offer the service and advice they do on a product that they haven't sold, ableit they've done a custom tune for me, is brilliant. Between these and loco i wouldn't go anywhere else!

They sold the product to the shop you bought it from...so yes you have paid them...and i would expect nothing less at the price they charge.

Haha, well maybe not on a oem shock. They are the importers, so would expect as much service. How much was the service again?

it was a custom shock tune, £30. Now i'm sorry that's a bargain, plus i've had excellent advice and feedback on set up. Which has been incredibly useful.

Sent my fox fork off to be done and at the same time have the travel adjuster and lock off fixed - i even admitted this was my fault forgetting a bike on a roof does not fit under a peage toll barrier in france. They fixed all this for free as part of the service.
