But after a warranty replacement frame & forks, full Ultegra, Mavic Kysrium wheels / Pro 4's, CK bb, S-Works stem, seatpost & bars, Romin saddle, Look Keo pedals, now looks like this:

Erm... just curious; what part(s) do those two bicycles actually have in common?!

Well I think it looks ace especially after seeing it in the flesh(so to speak) and trust me it's fast as ****.
The main problem is that once you get to a certain height bike frame aesthetics look all wrong , I know I'm 6'4".

Frame aethetics are fine at 6'3", it's just those specialized roubaixs look bloody awful

54 - 59 cm is the optimum size to make a real looker

Smaller bikes look better. Small bikes just look as silly as really tall bikes. On the taller end of the scale I own it ๐Ÿ˜€

+1, crazy length head tubes! Serves a purpose, but looks crazy.

Erm... just curious; what part(s) do those two bicycles actually have in common?!

That's the point...

Thorn take the same approach with stem spacers;

I think I prefer the longer headtube approach.
