I have just built up an On One Inbred for my son. Out of curiosity I raised the saddle to see if I could get it high enough for me to use from time to time as well.

Fully raised the seatpost is about 10mm shy of the minimum insertion mark (the mark is still hidden in the frame). The bottom seatpost comes down inline with the underside of the top tube and the chainstay tube (about 95mm). Is this enough post in the frame or will it all explode into fragments as soon as I ride it?

Seat post is 410mm Thomson Elite if it makes any difference.

This has been covered very recently. If I recall correctly, the seatpost should reach below the junction between toptube and seat tube.

You need at least 1" of seatpost below the top tube/ seat stay junction, minimum insert marks on posts refer to the post not the frame.

I failed to do this and had one snap on me a few years back, it snapped just above the junction. 😳
