Limited to only 100 places!

If you've never raced before don't worry, there is a Enthusiast categorie 😉

some more details....

Midweek MTB Madness Returns to Leverhulm Park. The senior race will commence at 7pm and will have three categories; Racer, Enthusiast, and Women. British Cycling race licence holders must enter into the “Racer” category for all events. There are prizes to be won each week based on the number of entries, and with an overall trophy for the series winner to be presented at the series finale. The overall winner will be based on the top 5 results for each rider.

That video looks great.

I can't make it on Wednesday as I'm working but are them trails open any time as some look a bit cheeky ?

Looks like some good singletrack I'm missing out on.

yeah it's open all the time, I used to ride around there all the time when I was a kid. There's some nice stuff, most of it isn't that long though. just takes a bit of looking around.

Brings back memories! I did a couple of races there in the mid nineties in lurid Bolton mountain bikes colours

Well that was hard (fun). Felt like I was slowly progressing out the back for the entire of the race. Had forgotten just how hard a one hour race can be!

River crossing was interesting...think it was getting deeper each lap as people pushed the rocks further and further away 🙂

Good race, well done to the organisers.

Yup, really enjoyed it. Didnt realise you could get that much riding into a park in Bolton.

Really liked the single track bits with roots on, normal riding for me
