Found a crack in a Middleburn spider last week, sent it back Thursday and received a spanking new one first thing this morning!
Had the same great service at Hope, turned round a freewheel ratchet in a day and chucked in a new freewheel.
Lumicycle have been great too, fixing batteries for minimum charge after I'd dragged them through 2 winters worth of commutes.
UK stuffs grand,I tell thee.

The Middleburn crank was well over 2 years old, the Hope hub had been bathed in Welsh grit for 4 long winters, hardly fresh out the box but a swift and inexpensive turnaround none the less.
