Actually, I'm not as skeptical as the title of my post makes out......
(Awaits some clever clogs to point out it's been covered previously, but I did search honest!)

Yeah. I have to say, I am occasionally surprised by cars passing having not heard them approach due to wind noise (or even not hear them tailing me because of the same)
I might have an experiment with some furry material, but it don't think I'll be investing.......
