Had to send my Lyriks back to Merlin for a warranty repair and was wondering what the turnaround normally takes.
Got a trip to BPW booked for next weekend...

erm.....just noticed that you started that one too....
When did you send them back? I'd have though a fortnight would be the fastest you could expect.
