good if anyone wants a gears upgrade or just needs some spares - XT front and rear mechs and shifters for total price of £130. That's a bargain in these days of Shimano price butchery...

oh yeah - they've changed it since i looked! cheeky bastards... still, not bad at £150 but not quite as bargainous as it was.
