Id like to be able to view os maps offline, plot routes and export to garmin.
memory map would be great
but I use a mac....(and not really interested in basecamp solutions)
Any other options?

all the maps, and you can create routes and import and export GPX files
though, unfortunately, the zoom and the route mapping both remain horrifically clunky on the desktop version IMO 🙁 - but a bit better on the iPad.
