We are a four man team and one of our team is being difficult about coming. Do we need four bodies or can we race as three?

Happened to us last year the day before the MM, we did it as a 3. Bloody hard work but you can certainly do it as a 3!

Yes, just rock up, sign on and carry on. to be double sure use your "mates" timing chip and number board every few laps as I think every member of the team has to do a certain amount of laps.
Shouldn't be an issue, unless you get in the prizes 😉
If a three get in the prizes with the 4s they deserve a bigger prize than the winners!
3 is hard as you can't pair off in the night, you just have to keep doing a relay throughout.
We did singles during the day, then doubled up laps over the night! Glad we've got 5 this year
