Hi all,
just wondered if anyone had any clues as to where I could buy some minion DHF tyres, 27.5 x 2.6 (plus size) here in the uk?
My best friend lives in the USA and he's been raving about how good they are for a few months now. They're definitely not the 2.5 versions, nor the 2.8's both of which appear readily available over here.
Does anyone have any info as to where I could find some??

Not in the UK, but they post here. Just got a 29x3.0 delivered from them.
There's a few 2.6 Maxxis tyres that seemed to get US reviews around this time last year but haven't shown their face this side of the pond yet...
I have some, they are good - run the 120 TPI carcass so lighter and more supple than the 2.5s but sizewise you struggle to tell the difference. If you are hard on tyres don't bother waiting for the 2.6s, if you are nice on them then its worth the wait.

FYI, I'm not too hard on tyres, so I'm hoping these will last me a year or so all being well.

I emailed Maxxis numerous times during 2017 following the unveiling of the 2.6 in March. The latest news from them in October was that they will start shipping in February.
Madison are now showing a Minion DHF 27.5x2.60WT 120 TPI Folding 3C Maxx Terra EXO / TR tyre. Availability appears to be end March.
