My other half has been told that she does not qaulify for maternity pay (this is after several months of them telling her she does ! 👿
They say she has not worked long enough for them ( I dont know the details to hand but once I get home will check it out)
Does anyone know what other benefits she might be entitled to ? Either from the employer or gov..... I presume you cant sign on as you cant work..........

Statutory Maternity Pay for 39 weeks provided you have worked for your employer for 26 weeks by the 15th week before the baby is due. You may qualify for Maternity Allowance if you do not qualify for SMP.
