anybody know of a good shop for getting hold of obscure(ish) spare parts quick?
lost a foot nut whilst out riding last week and need my bike for weekend...
have been on to windwave and ordered the part through LBS but am a bit concerned that it may take a few weeks to arrive.

UK Bike Store are just down the road from Windwave - could try them

UKBS also did a very fast turnaround for me. I rang windwave and got the part no, rang UKBS and gave them the part no. UKBS then went round to windwave and collected the part and posted it out to me that afternoon. All for a £15 part 😀
