How do you tell which model they are? They have 04 on the Bomber label and no other model markings other than a sticker saying 'Approved for XC use only' on the drop out. There are some labels saying 'Dodge' on the inside of both legs. The top of both stanchions has an adjuster nut just saying 'Adjust +/-'. V brake and Disc brake bosses...
Anyway, are they worth flogging or shall I just bin them?

judging by the decals, they would appear to be Z1 wedges.
especially since they have a decal inside the legs that says "wedge", and yours have either been modified or you can't read/spell!
you could probably get 50 quid or so for them.
