I'm looking for a manual/ video etc to change the spring on the above for a softer one, can anyone suggest any. I've tried to marzocchi site but it seems to give only basic info

undo topcap, pull spring out, change and replace.

watch those red lock-nuts. easy to snap the damping shaft when undoing the top cap!

Cheers guys, spring successfully removed. It has a white spring does anyone have any idea which one this is, I suspect its firm or at least medium as I only seem to get about 4-5 inches of travel (I weigh 190 lbs)

At 7pm kaesae I think they're closed. I thought someone on here might have had some experience of which springs come as stock.
