Opinions???
Require 130/140mm, travel adjust + compression adjust. Bolt through axle would be nice, but can do without.

I like the idea of the bar mounted travel adjust of the manitou, but manitous I've had in the past have been rather poor build quality.

The Marz forks are quite cheap and I've had good experience of older ones.

Revs are ultra reliable, but I don't think the motion control damper is that great (on my rebas)....

I have a set of the XC700's. They had one problem early on whereby air was transferring between the chambers. Once that was fixed (under warranty / no problems) they've been great. I recently replaced them with a set of Pikes just to see what all this 20mm axle thing was about. Mibbe it's just me, but the front end does feel a bit more direct now.

Finish wise, they're like new and they're certainly adjustable enough. I think some folk had a travel wind-down problem too, but mine have been fine. Most of the problems seem to relate to the 2008/09 models when manufacture had been moved away from Italy?
