Here is my partner`s Springer Spaniel- Mowgli, a 3 year old who loves to run alongside bikes or horses, happy as a pig in s##t when filthy out on the trails and coast 🙂

He has done a 40 mile day on the Cheviots alongside his mum on a horse!, 35 with myself cycling!, hyper energy! :mrgreen:

Cracker, good for 25 miles and he'll do a monroe quicker and easier than me with or without the bike.

Our working Cocker, Rufus. He loves running with the bikes. Here he is at Long Mynd, Shropshire at Easter this year. He has done Glentress and Grizedale.

A thoroughbred race horse is double that 180, no wonder they can run and run

This is Belle. Newly inducted into the Trail Dog Club (previous attempts at membership were denied due to her tendency to dart in front of me at inappropriate moments).

Loves water and rolling in the poo of other animals.

Chased by a small terrier the other day in Randwick Woods - had a good go at keeping up and made for some pretty amusing footage : ) fast forward to 50s

I usually take my girlfriends dogs out with me if I'm doing a bit of trail maintenance. I don't take them riding as the Lab isn't a running dog and he's getting on a bit now & the Jack Russell is mental and would spend all the time chasing cyclists, horses, sheep, squirrels etc 😳
