I've just installed a set of GXP cranks. It's a piece of pss. All you need is an 8mm hex key to get the cranks off and if you need to take off the BB cups then one of these fits the bill.

I need a crank puller to get the gxp cranks off my cross bike so yours may not have self extracting crank bolts.

Bimbler, getting the cranks on may be a piece of piss, getting them off is a whole other story, so many threads about this.

Oh noes, does that mean I have to add a fk off 8mm hex key to my burgeoning trail pack?

Square taper why did I ever forsake you?

@bimbler - 8mm just in case, but lots of grease and correct torque during
installation and mine never came off/undone and could be easily "torn
down" as well !!
