NO but any other mineral brake oil will work, it's very easy to find, Halfords sells it and any decent bike shop will too. Except for the Bikechain obviously, they're giving it away 😉
i think Magura say that in an emergency you can use vegtable oil but they'll require a full bleed once you return to civilization
you can use LHM (power steering) fluid for Magura and Shimano
