What tire would people pick for wharncliffe front tire MM ultrasoft 2.35, soft 2.35 or something else like wtb verdict wet. Probably with mm soft on the back.
I've got 2x wtb warden which I like but I can fir fatter tires now so looking for possible better options?
2.6 soft is bloody awesome, can't comment on ultrasoft, haven't tried them.
Ultra soft is much better than soft on wet roots. For me, though, the Assegai in Maxxgrip is a slightly better all round tyre. Not much in it, though.

Ah just noticed a typo. Trying to compare 2.35 ultra soft to 2.6 soft. Ie is the extra size better than the softer rubber or the other way round.
For sheer dh muddy rooty grip, the ultra 2.35 will probably be better.
2.6 soft, I'd prefer for all round riding, big Rocky days in the hills etc too.
