Looks ok on Highways agency motorway flow thing. Down to 40mph round Shap and snowing for good part of it but traffic flow appears to be mostly around 60mph.

Let us know how you get on, I'm still hoping to get to Scotland this week.

Personally I wouldn't. My boss phoned me at 630 this morning and said don't bother driving in and I only work in Handforth.

apparently the Mways are still clear [preston area] and no real issues but many people are leaving work early so may be busy. Non major roads are a nightmare and obviously SHAP may be an issue.

Snowing in Carlisle and Cockermouth at mo. Shap maybe interesting but its rarely impassable.

Take whichever has got the lowest excess on the insurance ๐Ÿ˜•

T5 might be more comfy to sleep in the back with your sleeping bag.

I think you will be fine.
