You mite find it easier if you get a smaller stack height stem aswell in that case.

As previously posted Crank Bros Iodine is the lowest.
I had the same problem and tried 4 random stems I had - all had the same stack height - good luck with that one.

What stem are you using? - there is a Truvativ's XR 3D stem that is single bolt and the lowest stack height I could find, when I had exactly the same problem!

You'll ask about steerer length or check next time! ๐Ÿ˜‰

FSA stems 35mm, Truvativ 32 IIRC, I think there's some super-low machined one.

Headset-wise it is the Crank Brothers one, I've got one and it's been doing it's stuff no issues for 12 months now. Get the DH one, though looking at the designs, they're all the same aren't they? Anyway, the DH weighs **** all, so might as well get that one.

I had the same issue as you, put that headset in and went for a Pro FRS stem, which is pretty low, and ended up needing a spacer.

M:Part low profile headsets are 24mm if i remember correctly, markedly cheaper than the CB.

I believe the FSA stems are the shortest too...
