Can anyone recommend a saddle with a low profile, need to lose about 5-10mm to be able to extend a 150mm drop seatpost fully. Current saddle is quite tall so thinking a lower saddle could work out. Needs to still be adequately padded though - no razor blades. Also - I don't get on with seats that have a raised section at the back, they press on my coccyx (who does get on with these???).

Pretty impossible to say without knowing what you current'y have and how tall it is from the top to the rails.

Seats with the raised bit - that's there to make a traditional saddle shape, i.e. like a hammock for your perineum. So saddle tilt is crucial to comfort there in all sorts of ways.
